DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:ActiveX controls provide a way to add both functionality and a modern appearance to your VFP applications. Unfortunately, there are few new ActiveX controls these days, especially ones that take advantage of features in Windows Vista and Windows 7. On the other hand, the .Net framework comes with many attractive looking controls, and there’s an entire industry devoted to providing even more. This session discusses techniques for creating ActiveX controls from .Net components so we can take advantage of these controls without having to convert our applications to .Net.
